@keygotfanns: Cheesy Broccoli Chicken Cheese & Rice Casserole🥰🤸🏽‍♂️🥦🧀 The easiest perfect Sunday homemade comfort food😋 ———— Ingredients • Chicken breast • Steamed broccoli florets • 2 cups cooked white rice • 1 tsp garlic paste (or 2 minced cloves) • Diced shallot • 1 cup chicken broth • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken • ½ cup heavy cream • 1 cup shredded mild cheddar • 1 cup shredded mozzarella • 1 cup shredded white cheddar • Natures seasoning • Season salt • Garlic powder • Onion powder • ½ tsp paprika • Blackened seasoning ———— Instructions 1. Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with all listed seasonings and sear until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside. 2. In the same skillet, sauté garlic and shallot until fragrant. Stir in chicken broth, cream of chicken, seasonings and heavy cream. Add in half cheddar cheese, white cheddar & mozzarella. Simmer until smooth and slightly thickened. 3. In a large bowl, mix rice, broccoli, diced chicken, pour sauce over and mix until evenly coated. Taste & adjust flavor. 4. Layer into baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake @ 375 uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
