We stayed at the Palmer house back in the 90s around Easter I was probably around 8-9yo. When we were checking out I noticed that a cook/chef was breaking down a larger Easter decoration in the lobby. I went up to the cook/chef and asked if the bunnies on the display were real chocolate. The man said nothing and just handed me a 12in solid chocolate bunny, I was ecstatic.

The "Italian Beef" sandwich was created in Chicago and I was especially proud of that as a Chicagoan most of my life. Never knew about brownies other than one of the best desserts ever created! Mind officially blown! 🤯
