Carlos Rodriguez :
Unfortunately Grapes are not known to be good plants to keep potted being that they need so much room to grow. Also I will add grape vines take 5 years to mature on average

Shift In Action :
You're really trying to garden on a high difficulty setting with this one. While possible, it's going to be way harder than in ground. Ideally, you'll need at least a 50 gallon grow bag per vine to reach maturity. Might be able to get away with smaller with a less vigorous rooting dwarf variety. You're going to have to fine tune your soil mix to your climate. Has to be well draining, but if in a dry climate you'll also have to tune the soil just right so it doesn't dry out too quickly. Regular top dressing to acommodate heavy feeding. Insulation from temperature swings may be necessary. You'll have little margin for error with watering. Build a trellis independent of the grow bag to train vines onto. Ultimately, if you have space in ground or in a bed, I'd do that instead. If this is your only option or just a way to challenge yourself, go for it and record the results.
