Is there a difference tho between not texting for days. And not replying for days ? Like we don’t have to talk every day but if I ask a question and you don’t reply until like 48hrs later…..I don’t really feel like a priority….?

I so agree and something I’ve just recently realised about myself is I wasn’t actually living in the present moment, I was constantly bracing instead and future tripping.

Frequency and time were my main focus when I was dating at a point where I still had a lot of self work to do. They were covert validation & ways to measure my value in others dressed up as standards. I can see clearly now 😅

standards are set on oneself by oneself. if you start setting standards into other people for them to live up to that's control. example, I don't have sex before marriage. that's a perfectly fine standard. you do not have sex before your hair. a very controlling standard.
