Shouldn’t adjust the inner burr until you’ve reached the finer limit on the outer, and then only one notch at a time.

This is SO wierd. I had my Sage Barista on service and they claimed I had too low grind. I thought they meant the outer grind, maybe they meant this inner one?? I had no idea about that one.

I have the barista express impress and if I set my but on anything under 6 I can’t even pass water through my coffee puck. I’m currently on a burr setting of 7 🤦🏻♂️
