27 years since my last period, but I still have the symptoms, especially the hot flashes. I got rid of my turtlenecks, sweaters, and sweats. After I hadn't worn them for 10 years, they were just baggage.

I had never heard of perimenopause when I was coming up in age. The only symptoms I had heard of were hot flashes and sweats during menopause.

Frozen shoulder, right knee just feels like I'm being stabbed when I walk, my overall balance is f*cked...3am wake up in panic thinking about everything and anythkng good or usually mostly bad, anxiety about bills, I think back about how much I accomplished as my younger me and I can't imagine doing that now and it makes me so sad. My husband thinking I'm lazy or just absent but I'm a different person inside and I dont have the drive or passion I used too.

I am 56…itchy ears…dry nose…I buffer when I try to speak (great for work calls)…gained 55lbs (lost most of it now) I’m either too hot or too cold, there’s no in between…I haven’t slept properly in about 8 years

My knees hurt so bad it’s miserable and my sleep is awful and my appetite is off one bite I’m nauseous it’s crazy and my depression and anxiety on days is really bad and night sweats are horrible
