@westcoast_foodtok: Hot Honey Strawberry Basil Bruschetta 1 French baguette - sliced Olive oil for brushing 1 basket of fresh strawberries - diced 1 1/2 Tbs fresh basil - chopped 2 tsp olive oil Pinch of flakey sea salt 1 cup ricotta Hot honey Preheat oven to 375 F Slice baguette into 1/2 inch pieces. Place on baking sheet. Brush with olive oil. Bake for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside to cool In a medium bowl add chopped strawberries, basil, sea salt and olive oil.
