And every time I use a machine I mainly feel it in my quads or hamstrings idk why😭 the mind to muscle connection with barbell or smith machine hip thrusts is superior

It does that for me I use the support cushion thing idk how to explain it but it usually goes on the bar to cushion the bar if you get me?? But I use that and stretch it TRUSTTTTTT makes hip thrusts a game changer

Girrrrlll it happened to me the other day, I use the smith machine and it was out of service so I had to use the machine, ngl it almost killed me and I felt it only in my quads 😭😭😭
