I think people are forgetting that even if they are cousins their not directly first cousins so the chances of actually having complications for kids and stuff low asf. for first cousins which they would not be it’s 4-6% risk and for second it’s even lower, basically the same as unrelated people having children. So like biologically it genuinely is not a big deal and they have two healthy children. They both were raised within trauma so it can make sense that they connected through it, it’s really not hurting anyone and the kids are good and healthy. Some people treat them like literal siblings who have children. My parents are actually related in the same exact way kiyomi and Micah are and they only found out after they had me because of how distant they are from family they didn’t even know they had any relations since they come from a small village where people only really knew eachother. I came out perfectly fine and healthy. Had no birth complications, in fact I’ve always been told that I’m actually over the average of health basically never had any problems nor mentally or physically.

Yeah it’s definitely an issue for there kids that they do family vlogging long term. I’m also conscious that it’s allowed them to no longer be homeless and allows Kyomi to work while caring for them which is obviously great (especially considering she didn’t have much choice in having suni unfortunately) but being so online, especially as a child has a lot of risks and detriments.
