According to current evidence from genetics, fossils, and anthropology, all modern humans belong to the same species, Homo sapiens, and share common ancestors in Africa. Over tens of thousands of years, groups of humans migrated to different parts of the world and developed physical differences such as skin color, hair texture, and facial features through evolution and adaptation to local environments. Your thinking of homo erectus a completely different species of human that white people did not originate from

In medieval art, people were depicted with fur for two distinct reasons: to display extreme wealth and status through lavish Medieval Fur clothing, or to represent mythic, untamed humanity through a figure known as the "Wild Man"

1️⃣ CHOLINE RICH FOODS - choline is so important for baby’s neurodevelopment ! One of my favorite sources of choline is egg yolks. I love incorporating eggs into breakfast or using hard boiled eggs as a snack! Taking you guys along this whole journey & there’s tons of tips on my page!! As a naturopathic doctor I take preconception care very seriously! Preconception care = higher chances of a healthy pregnancy & healthy baby. 2️⃣ VITAMIN C RICH FOODS - plays a key role in ovulation & progesterone production! Great antioxidant as well :) Favorite sources are bell peppers, citrus, strawberries, cherries, kiwi & mangos! Also there are tons of healthy meal examples on my page if you guys need inspo on how to put all of these things together! 3️⃣ LEAFY GREENS - adding leafy greens to any plate is a way to make meals more nutrient dense! great source of fiber, antioxidants & nutrients like folate, vitamin K & magnesium 4️⃣ BERRIES - been obsessed with berries in my morning yogurt bowls or as a snack throughout the day! Great source of fiber & antioxidants Also want to note that I am taking a prenatal to fill in any nutrient gaps. All of this “eat your prenatal” advice IMO is dangerous - even if you have the healthiest diet you can still be depleted in many nutrients! Our soil is not as nutrient dense as it once was 5️⃣ OMEGA-3 RICH FOODS — omega-3s are critical for hormone production + baby’s brain development! I try to include omega-3 rich foods like salmon & walnuts throughout the week. Can’t get myself to try sardines LOL 6️⃣ IRON RICH FOODS - iron is essential for oxygen transport & other important things in the body! I’ve been focusing on incorporating more grass fed red meat & pumpkin seeds. 7️⃣ BLOOD SUGAR BALANCED MEALS - TONS of inspo for this on my page! blood sugar balanced meals include a balance of protein, healthy fats & carbs. If you guys want to learn more about our journey - I have things like fertility friendly swaps, meal ideas, our full lab list & tons of other preconception tips on my page! I’m a naturopathic doctor & I take preconception care VERY seriously!! #ttc #fertility #fertilityjourney #womenswellness
