@lyrebirddream: ABC Four Corners has reported on the case of Brad Kellson, who suffered fractured ribs and a punctured lung after an encounter with NSW Police. According to the program, a magistrate found “clear” and “deliberate” collusion between officers, while a District Court judge referred to apparent “collusion and false evidence” in relation to the case. These are not my allegations. They are matters reported by the ABC and findings made by judicial officers. Australians should be able to trust that allegations of police misconduct are investigated independently, transparently and fairly.
