I have a bestfriend since elementary school. When she texts me i would answer but then when i get too tired i would ignore her texts and didnt even bother to answer. I didnt realize that this was a bad thing until my ex situationship called me out on it and even so it took me days to realize. Idk why but it feels draining to answer a text or maybe im jusg ignorant. Cause i did the same thing to my ex situationship too. I feel horrible. We’re still friends and j still call her my bestfriend, i love her and i want to apologize when the time is right

I feel so bad, literally. I keep on forgetting things, sometimes birthdays or once I forgot to bring one of my friends a souvenir from my vacation even though the rest of our friend group got one. I genuinely didn’t mean to do it on purpose but I feel so horrible.
