I just think it would get pretty annoying having that strap curl up so easily. Always having to straighten out that strap every time you want to use them. I imagine having one side straight and while you’re straightening the other side it will curl up accidentally and just piss you off. Just thinking this would happen knowing how those slap on straps work. The reason the traditional strap works is because it’s a loose strap and is easy enough already to wrap around the bar, and you don’t need any finger tension for that one either. It’s a cool idea but me personally I would stick with traditional straps or what I opt for, VersaGripps
