I would do an entire box of sugar free jello/jelly. you can make a giant fucking bowl. put some fruit on it or eat it plain. Eat at night so youre too full to eat anything else.

you can add a stunning amount of frozen broccoli to a smoothie with no difference in the flavor, none, I add 200 grams (plus 30 of parsley) which is a full day of greens. I also add chia seeds, hemp hearts, and flaxseed (the seed trinity), avocado (healthy fat), cinnamon and turic (anti inflammatory). I use blueberries (wild), cherries, and raspberries, and that's all you taste, for Olympic athletic grade nutrition

Literal hit your protein macros keep sugar as low as possible, keep carbs and fat in good ratios then literally just filler with fruit and veggies until you at the cal deficit mark it’s that easy

Yes fruits and veggies are great for filling volume! Things I've learned in my calorie cut journey. -fruits and veggies are great especially the ones that are 90 water. -your body burns a third of the calories of your lean meats so you can eat more. -the more muscle over fat you have your body will burn more calories so work out even if it's just walking! - sourkraute, cucumbers, shrimp, and chicken are some of the best low calorie foods you can get. of course there's others but ya.

People on carnivore do it with zero fiber. Fat and protein are nutrient dense and satiating, fiber is mostly empty, indigestible calories that just fills you up.
