I felt like this for the longest time. I had a breakdown one night and told one of my friends about this, and they told me they feel the exact way, even giving me anecdotes of their own that match up with me. Im so grateful for them. Friends for 3 years and never knew we were the same in this, feeling alone when we understood each other in reality
