@_bodiedbybri: Most people see the laughter. We see the questions. Rett syndrome can be complicated because not every episode looks the same, and not every symptom has a clear explanation. As her mom, I’m constantly observing, documenting, and learning so I can better support her through Rett syndrome and epilepsy and communicate with her medical team. You’ll notice her hands shaking toward the end of the video. Was it tremors? Was it the aftermath of a Rett episode? Was it focal seizure activity? We don’t know.
