Idk what state you live in BUT if your cabinets and heater, really anything is messed up and malfunctioned in your apartment, DO NOT pay yourself to fix it. The property owner is responsible for repairs and maintenance, not you.

Girl honestly it’s really nice! The floors are amazing, the layout is great, the walls are a good color, you can decorate it super cute. Obviously the counters & cupboards are outdated but there are so many rental friendly options to fix that and that’s really all that needs fixing!
