you need to take this video down and start approaching attorneys asking for their help in understanding your rights and the best way to get the police department to move. it could be as simple as an attorney who used to work for the DA getting ahold of your evidence.

Honey get a lawyer right away. They will hear your situation with a consultation you won’t have to pay for. At least they’ll have a paralegal hear you out - honey please don’t give up, but keep track of everything so you will have it all laid out for the attorney. I’m so sorry this happened to you. I don’t know if you have a lawyer, but you need to reach out to resources that might be able to provide you free legal help in order to get your case heard and addressed by the NYPD and the state attorneys office
