Big Hoop :
Spent covid trying to get to the unofficial 1000lb club. Then tried to get back into hoop shape at 6'4 235 😂. Training to be an athlete will keep you capable way longer than throwing major weight around too far into your years. I got knee injury history too and I plan on hoop'n beyond 50.
