It’s like I love God with all of my heart and I still continue to live for Him. But yet my heart is numb. Loneliness seems to be comforting but also burdensome. Like I want to feel again but my heart is afraid to try. I can’t be disappointed or hurt if my heart doesn’t feel.

I’m 20, I haven’t left my house to hangout with anyone or rlly have anyone to hangout with since September. I told myself everyone is just busy and they have lives also. But I dropped everything to be there for them and no one even showed up for my birthday. So I found peace i suppose in the loneliness

I had to teach myself to cry silent. Then I had to teach myself how to cry again because i physically couldn’t from suppressing. I prayed to the Lord, now my heart isn’t numb, and I can cry as loud as I need too. He will do it.

I learned to cry in complete silence and somewhere down the line that turned into not knowing how to cry at all. Even my laughter became silent. no sound or tears would come out for either. Now I'm an ugly cryer and I laugh so loud it makes people look at me funny and I don't even care 😁 Still healing from a lot but I've come a long way. God is good even when we don't notice He's there.
