where in the law does it say she has to give you someone's name. if it's for a public records request.. you don't have to know the name first, you can make complaints and not know the name.... they're is boring in any law that days someone has to give you their name.... just like when they ask for your name and you say in not going to give it to you.. or I don't have to give it to you... they don't have to give you theirs. plus records requests and complaints are not immediate release of the information
