Hi Dr. Tanya Ma’am, I hope you see my comment and respond. I have clogged comedones and small tiny bumps on my cheeks and forhead. I recently started using Deriva MS Adapalene Gel Microspheres 0.1%. It has been 12 days since I began using it, but my cheek bumps have become more visible, slightly increased, and are now red and itchy. I’m really worried and a bit scared about this. Should I continue using adapalene or stop it from today? I have already stopped using salicylic acid face wash and I’m not using any serums like salicylic acid or niacinamide. Right now, I’m only using a Cetaphil cleanser and applying adapalene using the sandwich method with moisturizer. Please advise me on what I should do next.
