@drdavidmorris: What happens after the pain relief wears off? Most people focus on whether a treatment works today. Few ask what happens six months from now. When it comes to chronic joint pain, understanding inflammation, tissue recovery, mobility, and long-term function can be just as important as temporary symptom relief. The more you understand your options, the more confident you can be in your healthcare decisions. Pain relief is important. But having a long-term strategy matters too. What's the best advice you've ever received about managing chronic pain? #jointpain #shoulderpain #regenerativemedicine #painrelief #inflammation #functionalmedicine #murfreesboro #magnoliamedicalcenter #rootcause #fyp #viral
I had a Cortizone shot in my shoulder for rotator injury. The pain never came back so there’s that.

Considering surgery can cost thousands, the $550 PRP treatment through our chiropractor feels like a much more reasonable option.

My pain management doc has always been truthful about getting the shots. I'm fully aware that it's more bad than good. But sometimes I just need a break from pain. I only get them once or twice a year.

I had my knee done, and it lasted about 2 years, my 2nd shot last about 4 days. Then I looked into "Prolotherapy" and has been a GAME CHANGER for me!!!!!!

Had one yesterday in my knee and told the doc that basically this is just a Band-Aid that’ll make me feel better. My chances of now hurting my knee even further or much better since I won’t be feeling pain for a few months and I am very active. Definitely a money grab.

I just had one and only lasted 2 weeks but charged my insurance $11,000. He wanted me to get 2 more but I declined. You are telling the truth because since then I've been hurting more 😢
