Mélanger-les avec le beurre fondu. Tasser bien au fond d’un moule à charnière (20–22 cm). La Crème cheesecake Fouetter le fromage frais avec le sucre glace et la vanille. Monter la crème liquide en chantilly ferme. Incorporer délicatement la chantilly au mélange fromage-sucre. La Ganache chocolat Faire chauffer la crème jusqu’à frémissement. Verser-la sur le chocolat haché et laisse reposer 1 minute. Mélanger jusqu’à obtention d’une ganache lisse et brillante. Ajouter le beurre. 🇬🇧 No-Bake Hazelnut Chocolate Cheesecake Biscuit Base 200g cocoa biscuits 80g melted butter Cheesecake Cream 400g Philadelphia-style cream cheese 200ml full-fat single cream (30% fat minimum) 1 tbsp icing sugar the seeds of ½ vanilla bean Chocolate Ganache 100g chocolate 100ml full-fat single cream 10g butter The Base: Blend the biscuits until a fine powder forms. Mix them with the melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a 20–22cm springform pan. The Cheesecake Cream Whip the cream cheese with the icing sugar and vanilla. Whip the single cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cheese and sugar mixture. The Chocolate Ganache Heat the cream until simmering. Pour it over the chopped chocolate and let it sit for 1 minute. Mix until you get a smooth, glossy ganache. Add the butter.
