Though your hard work and values have brought you far which I appreciate, the world has now changed and will continue to evolve. 1. Young generation cherish study and fun balance and so are adults in work life balance. 2. The schools and workplaces are no longer the same now as in your era of 1930s to early 2000s. 3. People prefer to work and collaborate instead of competiting for better grades, higher pay and promotions. 4. People prefer not just financial but location and single or family freedom.

I told my kids mustvstudy hard even since kindergarten because a good foundation can build a good house. Must practice learn in ahead before what teacher will teach.
