These are sweet, salty, nostalgic, and the most whimsical little treats. 💕 Recipe: • 6–8 Medjool dates, pitted • 1/2 cup almond flour • 2 tbsp nut or seed butter • 1 tbsp maple syrup • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract • Pinch of sea salt • Vanilla frosting • Rainbow sprinkles Directions: 1. Mix together the almond flour, nut or seed butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and sea salt until a cookie dough forms. 2. Split open the dates and remove the pits. 3.
