For more help reducing your meat consumption, check out my book (link in bio) or all of the free resources which can be found on my page 😊  👇🏾ingredients👇🏾 -1 cup red lentils (washed) -4 large garlic cloves  -1 tsp paprika/cumin each -2 tbsp nutritional yeast  -small bunch fresh parsley + coriander  -4 to 6 tbsp gram flour (chickpea flour) -salt and pepper to taste  -2 tbsp chipotle paste -2 tbsp olive oil -yoghurt or tahini, cucumber, pickled cabbage and coriander to serve 👇🏾method👇🏾 -boils the lentils in 3 to 4 cups of water for 30 minutes or until the water has fully been absorbed and the lentils are a paste consistency. Mix often and add more water as your cooking if the lentils aren’t cooked/soft and the water has evaporated. -place in a bowl and allow to cool, add the other ingredient for the meatballs and mash throughly, roll into balls, spray with oil then bake or air fry until crispy (around 10 mins).  -mix the chipotle paste and oil, mix the ball in this then bake for another few minutes before serving over the yoghurt with the garnishes and enjoy! #cooking #Recipe #food #meatballs #water
