Everything’s drop shipped and takes 3 weeks past scheduled delivery date (which is usually over a month from ordering) and to top it off it’s all way over market price for the quality of these couches. Easy is not what I would describe living spaces lol

We spent $17,000 there and will never step foot in there again. So many pieces came damaged and took months to get replacements. One time they even sent the exact same piece back two weeks later with the same sharpie mark. Got a white chair with a huge black mark they didn’t want to fix. Absolutely terrible customer service.

I bought the Josephine sectional and cannot wait to replace it. The cushions sank, it creeks, and is generally uncomfortable no matter where I sit or how many times I flip or rotate the cushions.
