Listen to what is said! Construction blocked one of two lanes so people needed to merge into one lane. They say officer McConnell refused to yield. Just because you are in the lane that doesn't end does not give you the right to say FU to everyone in the lane that was ending. All could have been avoided if the officer had just had the decency to let him merge.
