Not your typical coconuty rich laksa this is Assam Laksa, and the flavours are completely different! You know Tom yum soup, THATS THE FLAVOUR, but THEY DO IT SO GOOD because it’s so herbaceous, fresh, acidic and LIGHT, I could slurp 3 bowls of this easy, and definitely add the fish protein for that extra seafood kick.
