Such wise words. I always feel like this. I only managed to keep surgical menopause weight off on a keto diet. Hard work. I'm 2 dress sizes bigger than I want and avoid mirror. But yes, we should all embrace the moment cos other people are busy worrying about their bodies and life is too short. Thanks for the reminder.
