I was recommended by my solicitor to take out an anti fraud protection on my deed title to prevent someone trying to take it the house fraudulently. Apparently this protection with land registry prevents this!

Only use irrevocable trust for all ur assets then no courts, probate courts, divorce courts, plus it’s protected from care fees so nobody can touch the property or assets & when ur gone ur kids get it the next day @MP Estate Planning UK
