The narrator didn't tell the story that was happening in the video. The woman didn't step out of her vehicle onto the road, the police officer pulled her out of the, car and the police officer never tried to put her back in her. The woman never got away from the officer either. Was the narration for another video. He even said she refused the citation which she did not.

Why do people try to pull away from the cops it’s not his fault that your license is suspended and could be revoked why do they always take it out on the police officer I think he was being very kind to her and she just kept getting mad and matter but it’s like you’re blaming him if you just shut your mouth and listen everything would go a lot better for you and then your sister comes up and y’all wanna blame it’s a black-and-white thing y’all need to stop doing that shit you’re not the only one who’s got pulled out of her car
