Dream is a gradual process. So if someone is able to get her MPHIL and later start her PHD is not bad bro. All this thing required resources.Not everyone will get the resources to start PHD as soon as after MPHIL. Encouraging people who have started this journey will help. Not all hands are equal. And I think the field the person is choosing also count.With MPHIL in some of the health courses can help u to get urself a work to do at the NMTC and if you have MED too is a plus. MY SUGGESTION.THANK YOU
