The point of the series was to show the evolution of Mando, a lonely Mandalorian who deals with his trauma involving droids, begins to trust more people, and grows fond of the child. 💔 The scene where he speaks with Kuill's species literally reflects his importance to Mando and how he understood his personality.

faceless characters should never have their face revealed, this goes well for Mando and the Master Chief. It lets people think what the character under the helmet looks like, and mainly, what expressions the character has

small rant: but I hate that starwars isn't a universe of "large and scattered" i don't like that everyone knows everyone. yes it makes sense for some characters, but mando would've been great if he never met MANY of the characters we know, if he remained unaware of how jedi worked, or even learned about them on his own adventure with Grogo. him meeting big names remains the vibe of western and wild, and instead makes him just another piece of the big story. it doesn't have to always be the big story.
