Very important maintenance procedure to flush your engine with water every 100k mile or so. Just make sure it's distilled water.

That’s not injectors, looks like the spark plugs have been removed and the cylinders filled with water but how can so much water be present unless the intake valves are flooded somehow. I don’t get it? I thought I’ve seen and done every crazy thing, even filled the engine oil with kerosene with the coil wire removed and rolled the engine over for awhile to remove the gunk from the oil passages and push rods
