Ingredients: - 200g fresh salmon fillet (skinless) - 150g green beans, trimmed - 2 medium chayote, peeled and sliced - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved - 1 lemon, juiced and zested - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped - 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped - Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: 1.
