@encompassfarming: I did have a baby shower with my first and there's nothing wrong with that, it was just really overwhelming for me and I'd rather avoid events for the most part. We're simple. I figured, but found not much is needed for a wee one.

But you’re going to use a product with miraclegro in it that has a ton of chemicals that will seep into your pants that you will then consume?

Having performed CPR on countless babies I really hope things go your way inspite of, rather than because of, your decisions.

Why is it that you feel the need to tell us what you won’t do?? Like we all have our opinions but we aren’t all giving them to everyone.

You’re not supposed to handle fertilized soil while pregnant. It’s the same as dealing with cat litter. Just a heads up, cause I didn’t know until I was pregnant!

Question, and this is a genuine question not a hate question, if you felt like something was off or wrong would you go to a doctor?

As someone born and raised on a commune in the 70s this isn’t new. My mother did the same with us and I did the same with mine in the 90s. Sad that this is new to many

I don’t understand why people can’t stay in their own lane. This is HER LIFE. We should be uplifting other mamas and other woman instead of throwing stones.

I never understand this, is getting your BP, heart rate, and blood work bad? In the 1800s the life expectancy was 30-40 years, we didn’t have nearly as much medical advancement and clearly that makes a difference.

Well, she can do what she wants. But for me, I opted to have my babies in a hospital with trained professionals, emergency life saving equipment and where I felt the odds of having a safe delivery were in my favor as much as possible.

She’s sharing what she does or doesn’t do. She’s not asking for your opinion. If you don’t agree just scroll on her life their life and they’re living it the way they want to. Good luck to them.
