I never understand this, is getting your BP, heart rate, and blood work bad? In the 1800s the life expectancy was 30-40 years, we didn’t have nearly as much medical advancement and clearly that makes a difference.

Well, she can do what she wants. But for me, I opted to have my babies in a hospital with trained professionals, emergency life saving equipment and where I felt the odds of having a safe delivery were in my favor as much as possible.
