People really have no idea what it takes to put hijab on. I am in West Virginia, US, which is an extremely conservative state. I put hijab on about six months after I took my shahada. I felt it was so important to put it on, but I am constantly on alert. I love it, but it is hard some days.

My daughter emigrated to the UK (London) over a year ago. We were very worried about her safety as a hijabi and using public transport. But alhumdulillah with duas she's been safe.🤲

I really want to start wearing hijab too, but I work as a hairdresser and I’m a little nervous what my colleagues and clients will think and how they will react… It’s the same with my family too, they don’t want me to wear it either. Do you have any tips?

I am a new Muslim and have purchased a hijab but finding it very hard to get the courage to wear it outside, especially at work. Jewish owner, small office. I am mad at myself for not having the courage to forget about what others think… but you and your videos are giving me that courage. Thank you sister. 🙏💕

I remember how scary the scenes of those riots looked on the news. That would've taken an immense amount of courage.
On a side note; that lilac colour is absolutely amazing on you. especially with your eye colour. 🥰

Ameen!
Indeed, the fact that you mustered the courage to wear the hijab is a testament to your unshakeable faith in Islam, which is evident.

I'm about as least religious as you can get. I'm just simply not drawn to religion however I am very much drawn to the veiling of the hijab and other similar veils of other faiths. I think it's absolutely stunning, but I don't have the courage yet to start veiling. Maybe one day, eh?

Could you please explain the difference between the two Eid’s? 😁 Is there anything different you do or celebrate for on each day? I always thought the Eid at the end of Ramadan was the more celebrated or more significant Eid, but TT makes me think I may be wrong? 🙈
