@ichahomecafe: let’s make jellycat veggies dumplings! 🥟🍆🥔🥬🍅 this is to remind you to eat your veggies •ᴗ• 📝 Ingredients: 150g ground beef 30g minced shrimp 1 egg green onion, nappa cabbage 2 cloves of garlic, minced 2 tbsp corn starch 1 tbsp oyster sauce ½ tbsp sesame oil ½ tbsp soy sauce ¼ tsp salt ¼ tsp white pepper ¼ tsp ginger powder ¼ tsp msg (fuiyohh) dumpling skin: 200g all purpose flour 100ml water food colouring wrap and cook the dumplings with a drizzle with of oil in medium heat. after you get a good crust, add in the mixture of all purpose flour and water (this mixture will make them crispy). cook for 15mins before enjoying them with your favorite dipping sauce #jellycat #dumplings #cooking #baking
