correct preparation is key lol been plastering over 20 years.. not sure whats on ceiling, looks like paint coming away from more paint lol... if your preparation was correct you'd of seen it reacting bad to the moisture from the primer as it curing/drying.. Blue/green grit for all painted/smooth surfaces.
