Sew in grew my hair if done right you can’t braid your hair to tight now glueless wigs I noticed my edges going thin so I quickly stopped that. Everyone is different

I think it’s the 1) putting heat on dirty/product overloaded hair 2) putting heat on your hair daily 3) not preserving the style through sleep/showering/exercise. Legit if you straighten your leave out once a week and wash/condition like you would your real hair… you will be fine.

So yes and no. A sewing is a protective hairstyle, however too much of a sewing can cause that. By now we know too much of anything is bad for you. It’s not good to do the same protective hairstyle over and over again. That is true hair breakage…. so the part when she says when you keep getting sewing after sewing, that is accurate, but getting us so in here and there does that cause hair breakage no. I only can speak on this because I know the sign behind it cause I went to Cosmetology school. I hope this makes sense and I only speak on stuff that I’m knowledgeable about.
