@boltythedoggo: I made this video for Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month (June). While it is also more widely know as Pride Month, I personally feel that Pride Month completely overshadows Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month and wanted to make a video to make sure that it is recognized. While Mental Health Awareness of everyone is important, it is also important to note that men tend to hide their own depression and hurt because of the simple fact that we need to be seen as the strong ones and are typically considered a burden if we show how we truly feel. Always ask if someone is truly okay because you never know how someone is really feeling on the inside. Its pretty frustrating when you see the comment *its mens mental health month not pride month* like whats wrong with supporting both? And when you say their are men in the LGBTQ they say *they are not real men* the fuck is that suppose to men?
