sometimes a WILL may not be the definite answer. Guys, just look at precept ba. They will advise accordingly based on their expertise. TRUST can be the best way.

Will is important but isnt it equally wond if Young Singaporean allowed to buy atleast two private properties without ABSD. One they can live in other one rent out and build an asset portfolio instead of depend on pay chq to pay chq. Then most of them will be Wealthy Singaporeans in our next Gen.
