Place rolled layers in the fridge while waiting to bake, then bake at 350°F (180°C) for 6 minutes. Bake the leftover dough pieces as well, let them cool, then grind finely. 	6.	Mix sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Whip the heavy cream to soft peaks and gently fold it into the sour cream mixture. 	7.	Spread about 3 tablespoons of cream on one cake layer, place another layer on top, and repeat until all layers are used. 	8.	Cover the top and sides of the cake with the ground cake crumbs. 	9.
