Cars at C? It teaches humility, respect, and demonstrates denial of reward by Lightning turning down the big racing sponsor to do right by his current team. The keeping of promises and helping others with no expectation of reward are seen all over this movie. “There’s a whole lot more to racing than just winning” is so powerful as a theme statement. The moral themes are undeniable and they reach children in a relevant way; I think saying the film lacks richness is unfairly reductive.

I get Cars not being in the same tier as Encanto or Inside Out, but I think many people forget how it ends. Mcqueen purposely loses the race to help the veteran car cross the finish line since it's his last race. That moment at least is definitely A tier for teaching sportsmanship.
