Anxiety overall is exploding because we have a nervous system that is ancient, trying to function in a hyper stimulated world that overthrows our natural instinct & nervous system function out of order. take away the stimulation, retreat back to nature, your nervous system will slowly go back to its original, un-stimulated state. 🙏🏾
