I have a small drop from my main part of my house to my living room and I wish they made it to wear it can get back up. Like not a big drop at all

I’ve had Shark robots (non mopping) for a few years. I run 2 everyday. Love them! Customer service is great! However, they break down every 4-5 months. Wheels stop working, cannot find the dock, sweeper won’t work. I’ve probably had mine replaced 6-7 times. 1 of my 2 is currently broken (again) and I’m shopping for a new brand. I hope your combo system works longer then mine!

Does it *successfully* avoid cords and random items? I want a robot vac/mop SO bad, but the last one we had was constantly getting itself caught up on rugs, cords, laundry that was on the floor, etc. - we basically had to do a whole house tidying before it ran itself each day, and I’m just not that diligent 😅 Our house is well lived in.

Does it self clean itself when it docks? Are these prone to getting mold? How hard is the maintenance for keeping it clean? I have been wanting one of these but just not sure which one to get and they are pricey

So do you notice smearing marks along the edges. That has been my biggest issue with these robo vacuums. When it dries you can see marks. Lady I clean has one and it drives me crazy . Only reason why I have not got one for my house

I’ll forever be a @Shark Home girly over anything else!! Have several of their products and bought my first shark vacuum in 2017 when I bought my first house and it’s still going strong! Even through lots of dog hair 🤣 I have the shark robot vacuum as well, but have been seriously considering this!!

I love Shark brand! I have Shark vacuum, carpet cleaner and air purifier. I never knew what I was missing until I started buying Sharp brand. For me it's well worth the money.

I just got the shark robot (no mop) and o my gosh my house hasn’t been cleaner. We have 4 cats and a dog. I went back to year this year when my youngest started kindergarten and I have no time for anything so I splurged a little. The amount it cleans up. I think it does better than we I vacuum myself.

I have nothing but problems with mine. I keep having to take the battery out and reconnect it to get it to reset.
