I use to fly United until they left me stranded at Newark because one of the employees decided to kept me there asking me if i wanted to reschedule my flight cause the one that i booked was already full, I told them no, that was the one I booked and that was the one I wanted, I told them if they overbooked the flight it was not my fault, at the end she let me go but by the time I got to the gate it was too late, never again used that airline
