And then it’s time to take that time to look at yourself and grow from there. Xx

My self esteem was crushed until I realized just how much I was hurting myself. I allowed my anxieties to consume my energy. I woke up, opened my eyes and realized that I deserve so much better than I was allowing!

You’re not absolutely wrong, I am an empath overthinker and I have a type of photographic memory. Overthinking is your brain's attempt to predict the unpredictable, usually driven by a desire to avoid mistakes, failure, or hurt. While it reflects deep empathy and thoroughness, it often traps you in endless loops of replaying past conversations or worrying about the future, leading to mental exhaustion… It took me so long to figure out why I overthink.. the answer is that when I was overthinking the whole time I was going against my own intuition that has rarely been wrong, it’s like a pull or tug going towards the light letting me know that it’s the right thing it feels so peaceful, however when Im overthinking, it doesn’t quite feel like the right thing, it’s like going against my instincts second guessing everything it’s just so wrong… unfortunately it’s hard to stop overthinking over night and sometimes when you have it under control, it creeps up when you least expect it 🤷🏻‍♀️

Am I the only one who randomly found The Pullback Effect by Marcus Veyne and now looks at breakups completely differently? How is this book not talked about more?

Has anyone tried the techniques from The Pullback Effect by Marcus Veyne? I’m genuinely curious did it actually work for you or am I tripping?

It’s honestly surprising how unknown The Pullback Effect by Marcus Veyne still is. The psychology behind making her chase you is deeper than most people expect.

The way The Forbidden Codex of Influence by Julian Voss explains influence and attraction is actually kind of unsettling… but in a fascinating way.
